Antenna Group OA-1389/GRC was part of the Radio Set AN/TRC-24, which was in turn part of the AN/MRC-69 and AN/MRC-73 Radio Terminal Sets (Configuration of 1966, see FM 24-19 of 1966) It seems that OA- was the predecessor as antenna group for the AN/TRC-24.
